As president of FKCC…
Dr. Jill Landesberg-Boyle brought millions of dollars of support to the institution through a multi-pronged institutional advancement plan that included fund raising, legislative advocacy, grant development, and partnerships.
Dr. Jill Landesberg-Boyle recognized the college's unique assets and focused on those assets in her strategic plan to increase enrollment and diversify funding. The planning and execution of that plan resulted in phenomenal success for the college on both fronts.
Fund Raising
Dr. Jill Landesberg-Boyle first step as president of Florida Keys Community College was to plan and implement a balanced budget. Moving from a history of deficit budget planning, to one where the institution was prepared even for worse case scenarios of 2007 and 2008 state budget cuts.
Dr. Jill Landesberg-Boyle brought millions of dollars to Florida Keys Community College and, in so doing, offset the dire state of the institution’s financial foundation. These funds came through diversified revenue sources, fundraising, new state and federal advocacy programs, and efficient operational procedures and implementing sustainable energy measures

Unprecedented Enrollment Increases
Dr. Jill Landesberg-Boyle was able to produce unprecedented enrollment increases making FKCC the fastest growing college in the Florida State College System. She was able to produce these results by working witht the staff to overhaul the course schedule, re-branding the college with a focus on it's unquie assets, and putting into place a state of the art interactive website.
