As president of FKCC…
Dr. Jill Landesberg-Boyle brought millions of dollars of support to the institution through a multi-pronged institutional advancement plan that included fund raising, legislative advocacy, grant development, and partnerships.
Dr. Jill Landesberg-Boyle recognized the college's unique assets and focused on those assets in her strategic plan to increase enrollment and diversify funding. The planning and execution of that plan resulted in phenomenal success for the college.
Fund Raising
Dr. Jill Landesberg-Boyle brought millions of dollars to Florida Keys Community College and, in so doing, offset the dire state of the institution’s financial foundation. She brought in the first federal earmark for the college, it's largest private gift to date, and instituted green initiates with substantial savings produced annually.

Unprecedented Enrollment Increases
Dr. Jill Landesberg-Boyle was able to produce unprecedented enrollment increases making FKCC the fastest growing college in the Florida State College System. She was able to produce these results by collaborating with the staff to overhaul the course schedule making it more condusive to it's working students. Dr. Jill Landesberg-Boyle re-branding the college with a focus on it's unquie assets, and putting into place a state of the art interactive website.
